20.3.19 As today is the first day of Spring, I have decided to start a blog.
Spring is a time of fresh starts, new growth and a sense of opening out after the Winter.
So why not take in a breath that expands your rib cage, hold it to sense how your body feels with fresh air in it and then slowly release - with the sound of Ahhh! (if there's no-one else around). You might like to practise this simple act throughout the day. I'll be doing it too.
As with all the suggestions I shall make here on this Blog, only do what feels comfortable for you and always listen to your body.
